Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original condition, including all original packaging and documentation.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Service team at worldcollector or send an email to worldcollector01@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipping the Return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork and accessories.
Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
